Prime rest Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the temporary luggage storage service (“Service”) provided by Prime rest (“Company”). By using the Service, users agree to be bound by these Terms.
Article 2 (Service Description)
The Service provides temporary luggage storage at partner stores designated by the Company.
Storage is available only during each partner store’s business hours.
The Company acts as a platform operator and does not own or operate the physical storage premises.
Article 3 (Prohibited Items)
The following items strictly cannot be stored under any circumstances:
Valuables: Cash, securities, passports, jewelry, or high-value watches.
Electronics: Smartphones, laptops, tablets, professional cameras, or any devices containing sensitive data.
Dangerous Goods: Hazardous materials, flammable items, or illegal substances.
Perishables: Food, living creatures, or plants.
Article 4 (Claims and Contact Channel)
All inquiries, complaints, and compensation claims related to the Service must be directed exclusively to the Company.
Users agree not to assert any direct claims, demands, or legal actions against partner stores in connection with luggage storage.
Article 5 (Compensation and Limitation of Liability)
Compensation: In the event of loss or damage due to negligence, the Company shall provide compensation to the user up to a maximum of 50,000 JPY per incident.
Exclusion of Liability: The Company and the partner store shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or data corruption related to prohibited items (electronics, valuables, etc.) listed in Article 3.
Force Majeure: The Company shall not be liable for damages resulting from natural disasters or criminal acts by third parties beyond reasonable control.
Article 6 (User Responsibilities)
Users must confirm that no prohibited items (especially electronics and cash) are included in their luggage prior to storage.
Any pre-existing damage must be declared before handover.
Users must pick up their luggage within the partner store's business hours.
Article 7 (Amendments)
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms shall take effect upon publication on the official website.
Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court.
